I didn't start my career in marketing. I started it in ecommerce.
For over 15 years I've been inside ecommerce businesses - not just advising them, but building them. I've sourced products, managed manufacturers, packed orders, handled customers, and run campaigns that had to perform. I helped build a family swimwear brand past $1M+ in revenue, including a $300K Black Friday campaign that had to be planned, executed, and optimised in real time.
That experience is what makes Stradegy different.

WHY I STARTED STRADEGY
Most agencies are built to scale at any cost. More clients, more junior staff, more templated strategies. Your account gets handed to someone two years out of uni who's never run a business, never felt the pressure of a slow sales week, and has no real stake in your results.
We wanted to build something different.
Stradegy is a boutique agency built on one principle -- the right people working on the right brands. We work with a select portfolio of ecommerce founders we genuinely believe in, and every brand in our portfolio gets senior-level attention, clear communication, and a strategy built specifically for them.
